Items Needed:
Twigs
Hand pruner
Hot Glue Gun w/ Glue Sticks
Cut 2 long lengths from your twigs, for the back & the legs. Cut 2 twigs about 1/2 that length for the front legs. Cut 8 pieces, the same size; these will be the chair frame, and foot rungs to brace the chair.
Keep a piece to cut for the backing for the chair & for the seat on the chair.
Take the 2 long pieces & glue one of the short pieces to it at the height of the front legs. Take the 2 front legs & glue them to one of the short pieces. (I glued the back of the chair but you can do that later, if desired) For the back of the chair, cut few short pieces to go across the back of your chair … 2 or more, and glue.
Using 2 of the short pieces, glue the front legs to the back. Making the chair shape.(2 separate chairs are shown the pics, but I hope they do help)
To brace the chair, glue your 4 short pieces around the bottom of the chair. (As show in the pics above) These make cut little foot rest for the fairies (or so I told my granddaughter )
For the seat, you have a few options. Cut some twigs to go across the seat. Or you can use plastic netting from a fruit bag, popsicle sticks cut to the size to cover seat, fake flower/leave … or any idea you have to create your unique seat.
Once everything is done, you can deco it any way you choose. Or simply leave it as is.
The only “mistake” I think I made was the seat were not wide. But my granddaughter liked them anyways … they are unique & she is all ready to place them in her Fairy Garden. But she did request a table … oh the fun that was to create!
