DIY Fairy Twig Sofa

Very similar to the Fairy Twig Chair. So, if you have already created the chairs, this will be pretty easy to do.

Items Needed:
Twigs
Hand Pruner
Hot Glue Gun w/ Glue Sticks
Fabric or Felt (optional)

Cut 8 long sticks to the size of the back of the sofa; 2 are for leg & back off sofa, the rest are for the length of the sofa & support for legs.
Cut 14 sticks 1/2 the size of the long sticks. These will be for your front legs, sides for width, support for sofa & across the bench for seating.

Glue 2 of the long pieces to the front legs. Glue 3 more of the long pieces to the back legs.

On the back, glue the sides onto the back, these are at the bottom & middle. I did this on both sides, it makes it easier in the end. (or it did for me, seeing I made 2 of these sofa. These directions are from the 2nd sofa, which I made quicker & easier than the 1st Embarrassed smile ) I used a close pin to hold this to the edge of the table, if you can do this, you will find you need less hands at this time High five .

Once this is set, you can glue on the front of the sofa. Glue on one side at a time.

Glue the set support across the seat. This way if anything is sit on the sofa, you will have support & it won’t pull fabric off (if you decide to use fabric to cover seat area) Cut & glue on your seat covering, if desired.

Turn the sofa so the back is upright, and glue on the back.
